Return & Exchange Policy

Shop with Confidence at EXPADEL

We want you to be fully satisfied with your EXPADEL gear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we make returns and exchanges easy.

 

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached and packaging intact
  • You must include your order number and proof of purchase
  • Returns must be approved in advance

Returns sent without prior contact or approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you're exchanging an item (e.g. for another size), you only pay for the return, we’ll ship the replacement item for free.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?

  1. Email us at info@expadel.com with your request.
  2. Once confirmed, return the original item.
  3. We’ll send your exchange item as soon as we receive the return.

Alternatively, you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked on “Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
  • If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at info@expadel.com
